Name

The morpheme rig is from the word 'rigveda' and nova is from the word 'innovation'.
The morphemes are fused together to create rignova.
Considering the roots, the word rignova means 'to create'.
* According to linguists, the word rigveda is of Sanskrit and Tamil origin.

Blue represents depth and stability.
Orange represents creativity and enthusiasm.
In our logo, the orange circle is guarded by a blue circle.
This represents our stable and in-depth approach towards creation and innovation.
A blue triangle, at the left corner, is at 23.43 degrees.
This is the earth axis' tilt angle on 24 Jan 2020 (The Date of Incorporation).

Name

The word Lean is from 'Lean Management' and OMS is an acronym of 'Operations Management System'.
Considering the roots, the word LeanOMS means 'The simplest and powerful operations management system'.

Logo

Rignova colours (Blue and Orange) are used to sandwich the colour Purple.
As per the seven chakra system, Purple represents the seventh chakra `Sahasrara` also known as `Crown Chakra`.
A balanced Crown Chakra makes you feel at ease. Mentally, you’ll feel much more relaxed and clear-headed—gaining the ability to situate yourself in the world around you.
In LeanOMS context, a business using LeanOMS will operate in a fully-aware calmer pace thereby gaining synergy every day towards its vision. It also ensures the stakeholders' well-being through clarity and transparency.

Rignova was founded in 2020 with a mission to make business management simple, affordable and accessible to every business around the world. To realise our mission, we created LeanOMS^® - The next generation operations management platform. LeanOMS solves operational problems faced by businesses.

LeanOMS is the result of 15+ years of R&D to solve the challenges faced by manufacturing companies and shop floors. The platform is set to serve the business operations of the future, and I'm excited to see the goodness this brings to the industry and environment.

Rajkumar R. is a first-generation entrepreneur and an independent researcher. His areas of research include operations management, cloud computing and cybersecurity. He worked for Tata Motors, Pune before beginning his entrepreneurial journey. He is an alumnus of National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, India.
